Binovya

The need

Binovya cleans waste bins and street furniture on site with high-temperature steam (120 to 140 °C), without chemicals, in Moselle and Luxembourg.

The site had to speak to two audiences: households, who want to book quickly, and businesses or local authorities, who go through a quote. It also had to earn the trust of someone discovering this kind of service.

The solution

The homepage shows the result before explaining it: a before/after slider on cleaned bins, clearly displayed prices and a short booking flow.

Booking and payment go through Stripe. A booking is only confirmed once the payment has been verified on the server, and the customer receives a confirmation email.

Each customer has a personal area, opened through a link sent by email, where they find their bookings and the photos of their bins after each visit. Their data is visible to them only.
